My four weeks of internship at CECT have been a hugely beneficial experience for me – both on a professional and personal level. The friendly team at CECT reflected a closely knit family and always made sure to make me feel welcomed and comfortable during my time at the office. Building relationships with a variety of different people, and working directly in an Indonesian business have all stirred a desire in me to want to return to Indonesia in the near future

Interning at CECT has been a great learning experience for me, from an academic, professional and cultural standpoint. I’ve learnt a lot about inclusive business, CSR and social entrepreneurship and how these contribute to elevated sustainability in an Indonesian context, which is truly unique. We’ve been able to quiz some of Jakarta’s leading sustainability professionals and renowned Indonesian conservationists on some of the most pressing and relevant sustainability is sues in Indonesia.
