Although negotiation is a natural process that will be carried out by every human being in everyday life, it will be more meaningful and useful in supporting the successful implementation of the company’s general operations. Particularly because the company is always required to be able to achieve an adequate bargaining position but by maintaining a good relationship with the business partner in order to obtain a relationship that is sustainable but equally profitable (win-win solution and position).

All levels of the company must be able to improve their negotiating skills, related to each position and position, which are integrated in the company’s strategy. Therefore we need a guidance and direction so that each company personnel is able to fully realize the matters related to negotiations, explore their ability to negotiate and integrate it with the macro strategy of the company, especially in the field of employment and positions owned.
